Learn To Cook

Its all sounds so great; cooking at home, eating healthy food, feeding your baby or children with home cooked goodness, stocking the freezer for when your baby arrives or for those days when you get in from work and want something quick. If you have the willingness, we have the way:

 

  • Learn to plan ahead with a menu for the week (some ideas below); meals are tailored to your family needs and preferences.
  • Shopping we can provide the list, come with you to help with children or just go for you.
  • Preparation and cooking in your kitchen. Have fun learning how to make a few dishes at a time with tips on how to cook and keep little ones entertained.
  • We will give you a hand to clean up afterwards.

 

Over time you will build up a great repertoire of easy, quick dishes that are healthy and taste great.

 

Sample meal options, just a few there are many more to choose from:

  • Lasagna (meat or veggie)
  • Lemon Chicken
  • Chili (meat or veggie)
  • Roast dinner
  • Carbonara
  • Stew (meat or veggie)
  • Cottage pie (meat or veggie)

 

Example food prices:  five main meals for two people and a little left overs for lunch would be about $55 for ingredients (depending on dish).

 Times are flexible to suit you, expect to make a dish an hour. Cost $35 per hour plus ingredients, please note there is a two hour minimum.
